How long will it take to receive my order?
At Furious Laces, we try to get your laces to you as fast as possible!
If you order before noon (Paris time), your order usually ships the same day, or within 48 hours at most.
Then allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery in France, around 1 week within Europe, and 1 to 3 weeks for the rest of the world.
What are the shipping options?

Your order is delivered straight to your mailbox. The envelope is small enough to fit, so no delivery slip and no waiting in line at the post office!

Here are the rates for shipping with or without tracking. The price depends on the number of items in your order.

Free shipping without tracking on orders over €35 (about $39).
Prices are charged in euros; dollar amounts are approximate.
Outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are payable by the customer.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If your order still hasn't shown up, here are a few tips:
- First, double-check your mailbox. (We know, it's as annoying as being asked "have you tried turning it off and on again?" by tech support, but sometimes it works!)
- If your order is still playing hard to get, email us at contact@furiouslaces.com and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible. We reply to all customer emails within 24 hours.
I'd like to return my order
Furious Laces accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send your return to the following address: Furious Laces - 57 rue tête d'or - 69006 LYON - France
We do not offer standard exchanges.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We refund the price of the item and the standard shipping cost of your order.
Please slip in a short note with your name and order number.
Furious Laces only refunds products in their original condition (in their packaging and unworn).
Your refund will be issued within a few days of receiving your return, directly to the card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
My item is faulty (wrong size, wrong color...)
Email us at contact@furiouslaces.com so we can sort it out as quickly as possible! We reply to all customer emails within 24 hours.
