Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Seller and scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on www.furiouslaces.com by a consumer with Furious Laces (Charlotte Mulvet EI), 57 rue Tête d'Or, 69006 Lyon, France, SIRET 833 542 889 00013, contact@furiouslaces.com. Professional retailers order through our Faire wholesale space, under that platform's terms. The terms that apply are those in force on the day of the order. They are available in French and in English; if the two versions differ, the French version prevails.

Article 2 — Products and prices

The main features of each product are shown on its product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding. Prices are shown in euros (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), excluding shipping costs, which are shown before you confirm your order. The price charged is the one displayed when the order is placed. Products are offered while stocks last.

Article 3 — Orders

The customer chooses products, checks the cart, enters contact details, accepts these terms and pays. The sale is concluded when payment is confirmed. A summary email is sent to the address provided. Furious Laces may refuse an order that is abnormal or placed in bad faith. If an ordered product turns out to be unavailable, the customer is informed by email and refunded within 14 days.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is due when the order is placed. Accepted methods: credit or debit card, or PayPal. Payments are handled by secure providers; Furious Laces does not store any card details.

Article 5 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given with the order, in France and internationally. Rates and estimated delivery times are set out in our shipping policy. If the order has not been delivered within 30 days of being placed, the customer may cancel it by email and be refunded under articles L.216-6 and following of the French Consumer Code. The customer is responsible for providing a correct address; reshipping caused by an incorrect address is at the customer's expense. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are payable by the customer.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

Under articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receiving the order to withdraw, without giving a reason and without penalty. The customer informs Furious Laces by email at contact@furiouslaces.com, then returns the products within the following 14 days, in their original condition, unworn and in their packaging, to: Furious Laces, 57 rue Tête d'Or, 69006 Lyon, France. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Furious Laces refunds the price of the products and the initial standard shipping costs within 14 days of being notified of the withdrawal; the refund may be withheld until the products are received or proof of their return is provided. The refund is made to the payment method used for the order.

Article 7 — Legal guarantees

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery of the product, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). If a product is faulty or does not match the order, the customer writes to contact@furiouslaces.com: the product is replaced or refunded, return costs included.

Article 8 — Retention of title

Products remain the property of Furious Laces until the price has been paid in full.

Article 9 — Intellectual property

The brand, texts and images on the site remain the exclusive property of Furious Laces. Any reproduction is prohibited without written consent.

Article 10 — Force majeure

Furious Laces' obligations are suspended in the event of force majeure. The customer is informed as soon as possible.

Article 11 — Complaints

Any complaint should be sent to contact@furiouslaces.com; we reply within 24 business hours.

Article 12 — Personal data

The data collected is needed to process the order. How it is used and the customer's rights are described in our privacy policy.

Article 13 — Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Customers living in another country keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. If one clause is held to be invalid, the others remain in force.
